Thanks for meeting us Saturday afternoon to set up for the Everglades Community Church dinner.  We survived the "BIG STORM" unscathed. It was truly an adventure and I kept reminding my husband that someday we would laugh about this particular memory. I wanted to brag on Ernesto, your devoted employee.  He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had everything we needed to successfully prepare the dinner during the storm.  He brought Steve an umbrella and even a raincoat.  I applaud Ernesto for his thoughtfulness, efficiency and attention to detail along with an incredible positive attitude. I do hope you will share this letter with Ernesto and thank him again for helping us in so many ways. Please let me know if I should send this letter via snail mail for his file. As I mentioned, it was an unforgettable adventure cooking and setting up that evening.  We truly would have been amiss without Ernesto, our angel in disguise.
