"I am just writing to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Green links earlier in the month, everyone was so helpful and the our room was fantastic. I have been in the travel industry for many years and always wanted to see Naples and the surrounding area and I was more than impressed. A special thank you to Kathy on the front desk who went out of her way to give us the information that we needed.
The golf courses are outstanding and I have no doubt you will see a number of guests recommended by us from Wales very soon."
"I have been meaning to write this note since our stay at GreenLinks through TAN the week of May 16, 2010. We had a wonderful vacation and were especially impressed with the people who work at GreenLinks. In particular, Kathy and Ashley were very gracious and helpful.
Additionally, my daughter-in -law accidentally left her charge card in the condo when she went to the airport, and when we got home. we had received a telephone message to call GreenLinks. The housekeeping person had turned it in the charge card. As it turned out, my daughter-in-law had immediatly cancelled the card when she realized it was gone, but we were all highly impressed with the honest of the housekeeping person and the follow-up call from Kathy offering to send the card.

"We are a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 Kids) from Canada and this is our 4th stay at Green Links. I just want to tell you how wonderful we were looked after by Aldo (front desk) every time we have come to Naples. He has remember us since our first stay, and he goes beyond what is expected to make our vacation a good one.
We have stayed at a lot of hotels/condos across Canada and the US, and I just wanted to advise you how lucky you are to have such a dedicated employee. Aldo should be acknowledged for a job well done.

"Every Winter we get away from the North and go where it's warm, mostly to relax, not for any particular sights or events. Greenlinks was perfect. Nice condos, plenty of room for couples. Rooms were clean, kitchen well-enough equipped and screened balcony was very nice. Location South of Naples was quiet yet close enough to Naples itself; and being walk able to golf course was great. 2 terrific courses."

"Outstanding staff. Front desk answered every question, gave good directions, made suggestions, asked for feed-back to pass on, to other guests, helped w/ medical needs. When I finally asked, housekeeping found me a pillow that was more comfortable for me.
Think you need a car, but easy to drive Naples. Restaurant in golf club next door.

"My husband, one year old son and I traveled to Naples FL for our anniversary trip. We loved the condo, by far the nicest one we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect, in between Marco (which my parents always visit) and downtown Naples. We went to Marco's South Beach one day, Naples Zoo and Venetian Village another, we even drove 2 hours to Miami one day. Our unit also had a washer and dryer that we used 3 times, with a small child it was a definite plus to have. I have nothing to complain about, I have already recommended the resort to my parents for their next trip to the area.
We also highly recommend The Sushi Thai restaurant and Gracie's cupcakes both on Tamiami." |
