We are all back home to Chile, after spending two unforgettable weeks in your wonderful Green Links Villas in Naples. On behalf of my family and myself, I take the chance in thanking you very much indeed for such a great and friendly service given to all of us.

As you know, we made a “door to door” journey only: From our home in Santiago de Chile directly to your Villas via MIA to Naples, and from your place, a direct connecting flight from MIA back to our home. No further places, neither other hotels. Green Links was the perfect place to stay, and so very well located, as to use it as our daily base to head around to so many places.

From the very beginning, and even earlier to our arrival, Samantha Hendricks already answered my pre-arrival mail, and together with Kathy, Aldo and all staff gave us in every single request not only the right answer or solution, but also throughout a close clients orientated friendly support, beyond expectations and by far, a most proactive attitude. The whole team run the extra mile, and with a very notorious spirit of doing all of it in such a good way.

As a frequent traveler abroad, and based on what I/we have experienced on it accordingly, your staff and the Villas are (and will be) a most recommendable place to go and stay, for which I will be glad in giving to anyone around such great hint.

Well done to you all, and congratulations.

One more last request from this humble peasant: I understand that the boss above of all of you is a gentleman called Joseph Boff. If it is not inappropriate, I would kindly ask you to resend this mail to him, and I do ask for it, as he should know the kind of great service and wonderful personnel support delivery he has, and accordingly, it was given to us.

"I have been meaning to write this note since our stay at GreenLinks through TAN the week of May 16, 2010. We had a wonderful vacation and were especially impressed with the people who work at GreenLinks. In particular, Kathy and Ashley were very gracious and helpful.

Additionally, my daughter-in -law accidentally left her charge card in the condo when she went to the airport, and when we got home. we had received a telephone message to call GreenLinks. The housekeeping person had turned it in the charge card. As it turned out, my daughter-in-law had immediatly cancelled the card when she realized it was gone, but we were all highly impressed with the honest of the housekeeping person and the follow-up call from Kathy offering to send the card.

"We have been coming to Greenlinks now for 6 or 7 years, the last two under your command. It has been the best two years for our group to come to Lely Resort and Greenlinks from my standpoint, because of the way we have been treated. Your staff starting with Dan and Samantha, Kathy, Ashley, Aldo, Paul and Ernesto have all been courteous, caring and professional. As you know, we feel our group is unique from other golf groups only because we made our event a charity cause. This last year we donated $4,160.00 to Special Olympics Illinois. Greenlinks helps us by giving us good prices , good accommodations and outstanding service. It makes my job easier to organize the event. I feel Greenlinks, Lely Resort and the Gjilbare Group have made a great team. The charities are reaping the rewards. I just want to say “thank you". "Thanks for meeting us Saturday afternoon to set up for the Everglades Community Church dinner. We survived the "BIG STORM" unscathed. It was truly an adventure and I kept reminding my husband that someday we would laugh about this particular memory. I wanted to brag on Ernesto, your devoted employee. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had everything we needed to successfully prepare the dinner during the storm. He brought Steve an umbrella and even a raincoat. I applaud Ernesto for his thoughtfulness, efficiency and attention to detail along with an incredible positive attitude.
